back in action

After spending the last 7 months or so in Baltimore I've finally found the opportunity to return to Finland. God has been doing amazing things right from the start of the trip. The first weekend of January we had the Winter Days conference with Pastor Schaller (GGWO Baltimore Head Pastor) and it was a fantastic time. So many messages which really cut to the core of our faith and how to live through Christ in these troubled times. Many people attended the conference from all over Finland and also from USA, Sweden, and Russia. 

It's been great spending time with two new missionaries, Tom Colban and Ben Munson, who will be here in Finland for at least these next three months. The young people here in Helsinki seem to really open up and share their lives with these new team members. I believe God is going to use them mightily here in His Cause over the next few months and beyond. 

We've also had great evenings with the new young adults group, Noste, and the Youth Group as well. 

Keep me in prayer as I deal with some nagging back issues and plan to visit Stockholm (Sweden), Muscat (Oman) and Istanbul (Turkey) within the next month or so. Thanks for your prayer and support!
